BMW E90 headlight reconditioning
DESCRIPTION:
Lamps from BMW E90 - koil lamps that came to us for improvement after another company and for painting along with repair of the torsion system. The customer was informed by the previous company that he had untwisted lamps. The reason was that the cables had been cut from the system and tied off with cable ties. The lamps, after full reconditioning and painting, regained their former luster and the amount of light increased.
The BMW E90 headlight restoration work performed included:
- decohesion of the lamps (no marks on the housing)
- disassembly of the entire interior
- metallization of reflectors
- brand new lampshades
- cleaning of internal components
- internal components were painted matte black
- protection of lampshades with PPF film
- torsion system repair
- gluing together with sealing
- installation a set of Osram Next Gen filament lamps
