Toyota Prius headlight reconditioning
DESCRIPTION:
Lamps from Toyota Prius came to us with the problem of poor light and damaged lamp shades.
Work performed:
- non-invasive decoupling
- removal of old glue
- disassembly of the interior
- cleaning and protecting plastic parts with a protective coating
- non-invasive cleaning of chrome parts
- metallization of reflectors
- Installation of a modified aperture (providing a clearer cut-off and a stronger hotspot)
- installation of new żOsram CBI Next Gen arniks
- gluing together with sealing
